How we handle a sample

A plain summary of what happens to a sample an owner shares with Patronus AI. It isn’t the agreement itself. The evaluation terms are a separate document we agree with the owner before any sample is shared; this is what that document covers.

1. You are sharing a sample so Patronus can evaluate it. Nothing else happens with it.
2. Patronus will not train on the sample, resell it, or use it for any purpose other than evaluation.
3. Access is limited to named reviewers in an isolated environment. Nothing is pasted into chat or documents.
4. If Patronus does not proceed, originals and working copies are deleted and you receive written confirmation with a fingerprint of what was deleted.
5. If Patronus proceeds, commercial terms are agreed for the full dataset, which then goes through an acceptance review. Personal information is removed by Patronus before any production use or delivery to Patronus customers, and you receive a report of what was removed.
6. Originals and working copies of accepted datasets are also deleted on the retention schedule agreed in the licence, with confirmation.
7. You confirm you are authorised to share this material for evaluation. Any client, counterparty or privilege restrictions you know of are listed in the notes.
